LOGITECH G502 HERO DRIVERS MANUAL
Now I am waiting for my Kone Pro RMA, so I switched to my Roccat Kain - and it's double clicking already. Logitech G502 HERO Software, Driver, Firmware & Manual Download Logitech still seems to maintain the same iconic shape as the original, but the choice of technology is now far more sophisticated. My Roccat Kone XTD also double clicked and got RMA'd.Įventually I binged on Total Annihilation last year and drove my Kone Pure to double clicking as well, but it was out of warranty. I switched to Roccat after RMA'ing 3 logitech G7's for double clicking. The only other thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a dedicated DPI switch. Logitech lets you keep the original product.Īside from that, the Kone Pro is really great, amazing ergonomics, amazing experience overall. A mouse with a wonky scroll wheel is still useful. To add insult to injury, Roccat requires you to cut the cable with scissors and send them a photo of the product. Normally I would open it and clean it, but I don't want to open an under-warranty product.) (Edit: This issue was reported by numerous people on Reddit.) I suspect this is because of the ultra-lightweight design - the scroll wheel has hollow sides, so dust can get inside really easily. The scroll wheel failed, and started scrolling in random directions.

I have the Kone Pro and it's already going for RMA after less than 4 months. That one is wired right? Looks interesting though.
